Amelie was born on Saturday October 23, 2004 at 2:24 am by emergency c-section. Mommy was in labour for 14 hours!! Amelie weighed 8lbs 9 1/2 oz. and was 51cm. She has brown hair like her daddy, her mommy's eyes and mouth and daddy's nose and chin. She is undoubtedly the most beautiful baby there ever was!
Amelie spent her first day in neonatal intensive care -- and all the nurses claimed she was the cutest baby they had seen in a very long time. She made mommy and daddy proud.
Amelie's grandparents George and Hazel Kwan and Marie-France and Jean-Pierre Verrier have all happily accepted Amelie as the newest member of the family. Uncle Herve and cousins Valentine and Dorian are also pleased with the arrival of Amelie. Aunt Gloria loves her little neice, as do all of mommy's friends.
